How can I change my account details?

Click on the account number at the top right corner. On Settings page you can amend your personal details , view transaction history , change password , and enable advanced SMS settings .

Just change the required details and click Save.


I want to change my password. Is that possible?

On Settings page click Change Password. Enter your current password, enter your new password, re-enter the password to confirm it. Click Submit. Your new password is active.


How can I recharge my pack?

You can recharge your account with an existing plan or choose a new plan.


What is the Enable Group Creation by SMS feature?

This feature allows you to create groups through the mobile phone. Select the option and specify the mobile number(s) to which you want to provide this facility. You can add up to 7 different numbers.


I do not have net-banking option. How can I recharge my account?

You can recharge your account using any one of the following methods:

¨     Credit card: Select this option and follow instructions that appear on the screen.

¨     Cheque: Select this option and enter all the details, viz. cheque number, cheque date, name of bank, date of deposit and name of depositing branch.

¨     Cash: Select this option and enter all the details, viz date of deposit and depositing branch.


I have deposited a cheque to recharge my account. When will my account be activated?

You will informed by email and SMS when the payment is realized. Local cheques take about 2 days while outstation cheque takes 7-10 days for realization.
