Green Peace Social Awareness Campaign
We built a mobile community for Greenpeace and carried out IVR and Referral Campaigns like polls, quizzes etc. via Missed call and SMS. Also, helped Greenpeace create awareness on issues such as right to water, electricity supply, and understand the need of saving natural resources.
The mobile SMS community we created for Greenpeace with 3000 active members received around 3000-5000 Missed call responses for every Greenpeace campaign carried out by us. Campaigns include ones such as "Rural Maharashtra IVR campaign" that helped overcome language barriers by using Marathi Dialect in IVR calls- Greenpeace reached out to over a million people via our IVR and Missed Call campaigns.
